Have you ever had a point in your life where you wished you could just start over? Have you ever thought to yourself, if only I could be born again, I'd do things differently? Well I have good news for you - you can! Jesus, who loves us more than we ever can fathom, even expects us to! Below is a study showing how you can have a clean fresh start with your life and begin the journey to make heaven your home.

Three scriptural reasons why we must be born again:
Rom 3:23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;
Isa 64:6 But we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousness are as filthy rags; and we all do fade as a leaf; and our iniquities, like the wind, have taken us away.
Rom 8:5 For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit. 6 For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. 7 Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be. 8 So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.
Just "believing in Jesus", or stating that you believe in Jesus or that "Jesus is Lord" are several popular, yet unscriptural views to what being Born Again means.
Being "Born Again" is not Just Believing:
John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
James 2: l9 Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble.
The devils believe in Jesus, are they saved?
Being "Born Again" is not Just Confession:
Rom 10:9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
Matt 7:21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.
Have you ever heard someone declare the name of Jesus Christ in a moment of anger? Did that save them?
From an unbiased, sincere, thorough study of the scriptures, we have found that there is simply no scripture anywhere in the Bible to simply "accept the Lord" as our personal savior.
